This Privacy Policy explains how MinerMania ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play the Game on Android devices. The Game shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information collected for advertising

The Game uses Unity Ads to show ads. When ads are requested or shown, Unity Ads may automatically collect:

• Advertising ID and other device identifiers
• IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or city level, not precise GPS location)
• Device information such as model, operating system, language and screen size
• Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, watched or tapped
• Diagnostic information, such as crashes or errors related to ads

b) Purchase information

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card or billing details. We receive a purchase confirmation (such as the order ID, the item purchased and a purchase token) so that we can deliver, verify and restore your items.

c) Game progress

Your progress (such as money, mines, upgrades and settings) is saved on your device.

d) Information you send us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply to you.

We do not ask for your name, contacts, photos or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

• To show ads, including personalized ads where you have allowed them
• To measure ad performance and prevent advertising fraud
• To process, verify and restore in-app purchases
• To fix problems and keep the Game working
• To answer your support requests

3. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads in the Game are provided by Unity Ads. Ads may be personalized based on the information described above.

• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. If you do not consent, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads, depending on your device).

4. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional purchases of in-game items with real money. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing (through Unity IAP) under the Google Privacy Policy. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following services, which collect and process information under their own privacy policies:

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the services listed above, and only to show ads, process purchases and keep the Game working, or when required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.
• Advertising data is kept by Unity according to its privacy policy. You can reset your Advertising ID at any time, and you can ask us to help with a deletion request by email.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play as required for billing, refunds and legal obligations.
• Support emails are deleted when they are no longer needed to help you.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or privacy laws in U.S. states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent for personalized ads. To make a request, email us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Internet Connection

You can play the Game without an internet connection. Ads and in-app purchases need an internet connection.

11. Data Security

Information sent to the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
